IN THIS REPORT WE SHOW INSTALLATIONS WHERE THE MACHINERY OF STAR ECOSYSTEMS IS ESSENTIAL FOR THE SEPARATION OF SOLIDS AND MICROFILTRATION OF THE SEWAGE COMING FROM PLASTIC RECYCLING PLANTS. THE SEPARATION OF SOLIDS AND MICROFILTRATION OF THE SEWAGE COMING FROM THE WASHING PLACES OF THE WHOLE PLASTIC RECYCLING PROCESS, IS MADE BY MEANS OF A SUBMERGED PUMP INSTALLED IN THE RECEIVING TANK. A SHAKER CAN BE USED IN THIS PLACE. THE SHAKER UNIFIES THE PRODUCT THAT WILL LATER ON BE RAISED TO THE SEPARATION UNIT BY MEANS OF THE SUBMERGED PUMP. THIS WAY THE SOLIDS DO NOT PRECIPITATE TO THE BOTTOM OF THE TANK, GIVEN THAT THEY ARE CONSTANTLY MOVING. THE WATER TO BE RECYCLED IS NOT STORED IN THE SOLIDS SEPARATION UNIT BUT IT IS ABSORBED BY THE MENTIONED PUMP FOR MICROFILTRATION BECOMING SUITABLE TO BE REUSED LATER. THE SOLIDS OBTAINED, COMING FROM THE SEPARATION UNIT, ARE TAKEN INTO THE COMPACTING UNIT WHERE THE PRODUCT IS COMPRESSED AND THE REMAINING WATER GETS ELIMINATED. THIS WAY THE DEGREE OF HUMIDITY OBTAINED IS VERY LOW AND THESE SOLIDS CAN BE REUSED AS WELL. THE STAR ECOSYSTEMS UNIT FOR SEPARATION OF SOLIDS AND MICROFILTRATION OF WATER, MAKES A COMPLETE MECHANICAL AND PHYSICAL PROCESS WITH HIGH PERFORMANCE AT LOW ENERGY COST. STAR ECOSYSTEMS APPLIES THE BEST AND LATEST TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCES ADAPTING THEM TO THE ENVIRONMENT IN ORDER TO AVOID ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT THAT WASTE AND THE BAD USE OF IT CAUSE.
