paper printing can be as beneficial and efficient as the traditional process. This manner of production is a way to emphasize our responsibility to ourselves and to nature. Instead of wasting, try recycling in your printing.
(1) Why recycle paper? There are two main reasons why recycle papers: one is that it helps prevent too much tree cutting; the other is that decreases paper waste. Three categories of recyclable papers are: pre-consumer waste papers (unsold or unused papers), post-consumer waste papers (used papers), and mill broke (scrap papers or paper trimmings). They can be transformed into new printable and usable papers again.
(2) Advantages of recycled paper and recycled paper printing. Some recycled papers may have rough texture and brownish-grayish color because of ink-color dissolved in the process. But there are new techniques of ink removal which add soap or other bleaching chemicals; that means recycled papers can be as good in quality as those produced from virgin fiber. They are also cheaper and sometimes more durable. So that recycled paper printing also becomes cheaper and more eco-friendly.
(3) Printing and printers. There is no need to use specialized printers for recycled paper printing: the process is as usual. Yet a special ink, like vegetable ink, can be used for more economy and better quality of printing; it also reduces manual work for printer cleaning they can last for five days in the ink fountain.
(4) Products. Printing companies can reproduce paper materials for their posters and flyers for ads. Other products like cards and special papers can also be made from printed recycled papers. Recycled papers can also be used for school stuffs like notebooks, books, scrap books, pad papers, etc. Offices can also benefit from recycled bond papers for everyday printing and other business printings. Some creative individuals can have their own printed paper bags and others artworks by recycling. There are lots of items which can be printed through recycled paper printing.
While we pay less for paper printing, we also share with the noble act of conserving the beauty of nature, especially trees.
