www.turelsut.co My work shop in England. My recyceld art group in Hastings England Create art and craft using recyclable objects as art materials. All art was created by the Hastings Recycled Art Group using items we usually throw away. Recyclable items such as computer monitors, children’s toys, cardboard boxes, paper, tins, plastic, fabric, bottle tops,VHS taps, CDs and unused unwanted items and also broken goods were used. We created interesting art and craft work with these materials. We found, salvaged, scavenged, and reused materials. Our classes were an exercise in making and producing goods from scratch. Every lesson involved decision making. Do we throw up our hands in defeat or do we make and improvise? We took a trip into a creative world; we defeated fear and lack of confidence. We found inspiration in wild and wonderful projects and ideas. We jumped out from deep within recycle bins and thrown away boxes.
