Shalom We are on a Nutrition Mission. We made a Live Raw “uncooked” Kale salad from our garden.The salad is amazing and easy to make .Grow you own Kale and greens if you can for best nutrition. Eat Local as much as possible. The scriptures teach us that the Leaves of the Trees will be for the Healing of the Nations. In all things let us seek the Truth, seek Knowledge ,and apply it to our life and this will equal =Health. A real “Super-food” Kale ! Kale has one of the highest levels of antioxidants of any vegetable. Kale has a very high ORAC score. It’s also got one of the highest levels of total carotenes. It’s especially high in lutein and zeaxanthin, which prevent macular degenration (vision loss in old age). As a member of the cabage family, it’s loaded with anti-cancer phytochemicals. As if that wasn’t enough, there’s plenty of chlorophyll, mancanese,calcium, b-vitamins, fiber, etc. Kale is at the top of the charts nutritionally. Use kale instead of lettuce in your salads, and feel the power! Ital is Vital Health and Strength
