“farmer” George’s garden update Sept 9, 2010

Hi Youtubers! Here’s a quick look at my raised garden bed on September 9, 2010…I just gave my garden a big haircut…getting rid of the tall tomato tops and smaller green tomatoes since the growing season for tomatoes here in Rye, NY is churning to a close (weep weep, cry cry). I want to give whatever help I can to the remaining big green tomatoes! Had a Super, Super 2010 season and learned quite a lot…this is my 2nd year gardening. Love my red onion that I spaced every 6 inches around my raised bed! They are lovely to start meals in a saucepan with fresh garlic and olive oil! Mmmmmm…. Grow Organically!
