The TreeHouse Project A pilot project for a new green equivalency tool between US Green Building Council’s LEED for Homes and Build it Green’s GreenPoint Rated programs, The Tree House Project in Studio City, California is slated to be the first dual-rated green home in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley. The project was constructed in partnership with a regional utility company through their Advanced Home Case Study Program.
