The newly constructed Research Office Complex at the University of Texas has received Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification from the US Green Building Council. It is the first LEED-certified University of Texas System building. The Research Office Complex (ROC) was designed by PBS&J and constructed by Flintco.
