Brigham Exploration Company (NASDAQ:BEXP) announced the results of its cash tender offer and consolidation of all $160 million of 9 5/8 percent senior notes due 2014. The oil and natural gas exploration company had received $154.4 million or about 96.5 percent of the notes by the deadline of 5:00 pm EST on Sept. 24, 2010. Brigham Exploration Company closed Friday 7.19 percent higher at $17.75.
