“Born This Way” – Lady Gaga painting

~PLEASE READ BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS:~ -long ass video! be warned! -really sorry for the quality, my webcam is CRAP and the overhead lighting in my painting room messed with the lighting of the video (hence the weird flickering) -I did this painting as a birthday gift for Gaga, I had planned to go to her birthday show at Staples center but fell ill the night before and couldn’t go…though thanks to my wonderful friend, Anita, Gaga now has the painting 🙂 I am so extremely happy she has my painting… my dream has finally come true ♥ -If ANYONE knows who took the photograph of Gaga holding my painting at her concert, please let me know! I want to give them credit and thanks as well! the painting: -I don’t know how long it took me, I don’t time my paintings -canvas is 16″x24″ (roughly, forgot to measure it before I gave it to her) self-stretched and primed -oil paints: white, cadmium red hue, permanent alizarin crimson, cobalt blue hue, ultramarine, dioxazine purple, burnt & raw umber, green earth, pthalo green, cadmium yellow (NO BLACK PAINT FROM THE TUBE, it deadens your colors. instead make your own black by mixing colors) -texture: natural sand and ceramic stucco texture gel -music is credited at the end of the video ~LEAVE YOUR GAGA HATE AT THE DOOR, PLEASE~
