BILLS C-51 & C-52 were dropped November 2008. However, in January 2009, BILL C-6 replaced BILL C-52. Again, BILL C-6 was dropped when Parliament prorogued in December 2009. Similar BILLS will be reintroduced sometime this year with newly assigned numbers. Be alert. If passed these BILLS would have our country moving away from the Rule of Law and abolishing the Law of Trespass.
